DELIVERY

 

All pieces are designed and handmade in Cape Town, and dispatched within 3 business days.

South Africa

Standard shipping is via The Courier Guy. There is a R70 charge for orders under R800. Orders over R800 qualify for free shipping.

International

We are currently running a shipping special if you wish to wait until July for dispatch, as Liz is travelling over to the UK soon.

We now ship all items from Cape Town using Fedex International Priority. 

Orders up to R2500 will levy a R400 shipping fee.

Orders over R2500 qualify for FREE international shipping.

Customs and import duties may be levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are unhappy, please contact us within 10 days of receiving goods by emailing info@dorusmhor.com. We can arrange a return but it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and to cover the cost of any free shipping offered in the purchase.
